At The Rooted Path, we are dedicated to providing organisations with holistic wellbeing and wellness retreats set in the serene beauty of nature. Our programs focus on enhancing staff retention and overall wellbeing by offering a range of activities, including team away days, specialised training programs, and impactful group coaching sessions.

About us
The Rooted Path is run by two experienced Professional coaches, Lee and Nicola, who share a passion for personal development, team growth, and the incredible benefits of time spent outdoors.

​Lee

Lee is a thoughtful and intuitive coach who believes that coaching has the power to create meaningful, lasting change for anyone ready to move forward. His calm presence, natural curiosity, and down-to-earth approach make him a trusted guide for individuals and teams alike.
Alongside his coaching work, Lee brings a background in fitness and outdoor instruction adding energy, structure, and a deep respect for the natural world to every wellbeing day.
He also co-hosts the wellbeing-focused podcast "I've Been Thinking...", where he explores a wide range of topics around growth, mindset, and everyday wellbeing.

Nicola

Nicola is a qualified coach and mediator with years of experience leading teams, designing training programmes, and delivering workshops to charities and organisations. She brings a calm, thoughtful presence to her work, often inspired by long walks in nature with her husband and three boys. Her passion lies in creating safe, supportive spaces where people can reflect, connect, and grow together.

They both hold the belief that nature doesn’t just heal, it helps us think differently. The outdoors encourages openness, grounding and perspective, perfect conditions for powerful conversations and meaningful change.
