"I've Been Thinking..." is a monthly podcast where hosts Lee and Aaron sit down to explore the thoughts we all have but don’t always say out loud.

With a fresh topic each month, they dive into honest, unfiltered conversations around mental health, wellbeing, personal growth, and what it means to be human in today’s world.

Sometimes it’s just the two of them, sometimes they’re joined by a guest but it’s always real, relatable, and refreshingly down to earth.

From workplace burnout to finding balance, emotional resilience, connection, leadership, and beyond, no topic is off limits.

 New episodes every month!!!

Episode 1: I've been thinking about Anger

focuses on anger particularly around men, how anger affects their lives and coping strategies that can be put in place to cope with the often negatively judged emotion.

Episode 2: I've been thinking about the ego

This episode Lee is joined by John Borland to talk about how our egos impact our lives. They discuss the importance of noticing the ego and not allowing ourselves to be driven by it. Can the ego ever work for us? Or is it just something that we have to live with?

Episode 3: Ive been thinking what it feels like to be neurotypical

focuses on Lee's diagnosis of ADHD and his new understanding of the struggles he faced as a child, as well as the effects of new medication and how he wants to go forward in the future. Personally centred councillor Aaron Bell offers his insights into a neurotypical world to allow Lee to understand a world he originally thought he was part of.
