Yoga for Corporate Wellbeing

 

Yoga is more than just movement it’s a practical way to help your team reset, reduce stress, and improve focus. At The Rooted Path, our indoor yoga sessions are designed to complement your corporate retreat and group coaching themes.

 

​Led by our expert instructor Frankie, these sessions blend mindful movement, breathwork, and stillness to support mental clarity, emotional resilience, and team connection. Whether your team is new to yoga or well practiced, these classes offer a space to pause, ground, and grow together.

Meet  Frankie - our amazing yoga teacher

Hey! I’m Frankie a mum of two and a passionate yoga teacher with over seven years of experience. My journey began in the serene setting of Ubud, Bali, where I completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training after leaving a demanding career in professional dance. That experience sparked my love for yoga and its power to heal and transform.

Since then, I’ve taught in diverse environments, from schools and nurseries to care homes, prisons, and psychiatric hospitals.

 

My teaching blends traditional techniques with a modern understanding of the body and breath, creating inclusive, calming, and empowering classes.

​

I’m also trained in pre and postnatal yoga and am especially passionate about supporting women and mothers. While I’m new to the corporate setting, I believe yoga is for everyone and my sessions offer a safe, welcoming space for reflection, connection, and growth.
