Welcome to The Rooted Path. By booking a wellbeing day, group coaching session, or any associated service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings & Payments
​

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the scheduled session or retreat.

Bookings made within 14 days of the session require full payment upfront.

Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or PayPal (details provided upon request or invoice).

2. Cancellations & Refunds
​

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund of any amount paid, minus the deposit.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the session will not be eligible for a refund.

Deposits are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by us.

If we (The Rooted Path) must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date will be offered

3. Rescheduling & Changes

We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests made at least 7 days in advance.

Changes made less than 7 days before the scheduled date may not be possible.

4. Health & Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for informing us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, mental health considerations, or accessibility needs.

Our services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.

All activities are undertaken at the participant’s own risk. We accept no liability for injuries or health issues arising during or after participation.

5. Code of Conduct

We aim to create a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all.

Disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the session without refund.

Confidentiality and respect for others’ experiences are expected in all group coaching environments.

6. Weather & Venue Conditions (for in-person events)

Outdoor activities may be adjusted or relocated depending on weather conditions.

We will always aim to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, with alternatives provided where necessary.

7. Privacy & Data Use
​

We collect only the information necessary to manage your booking and tailor your experience.

Your data will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

By submitting a booking or contact form, you consent to being contacted by The Rooted Path for session updates and communication relevant to your booking.
